Pinocchio literature originated in Italy in 1880 and it was completed as an animation in 1883. The setting of this story was taken from the fable in his native area, namely in the village of San Miniato Basso. Pinocchio is a literary work for children and culture. UNESCO has given consideration as a heritage as literary work. The Story of Pinocchio has translated more than 240 languages.

What moral Message Does the Work Want to Convey?

There are several versions of the stories in the Adventure of the Pinocchio, there is to think that the Pinocchio is a villain who is an evil and cruel, thieves and he likes to brag, and he he has cheated on the person who has contributed to him, namely, the carpenter, Mr. Gepetto.

Pinocchio’s cunning when he reported the woodcarver to the authorities that the old man had driven him out of the house. From his report, the police picked up Gapetto and imprisoned him.

Pinocchio returned home’s Gepetto. Pinocchio sold the assets the old man had. The story continued, Pinocchio committed some lies, cunning and theft. Because of his behavior, his nose was taper, and finally in another version, Pinocchio, the wooden puppet, was found hanging on a tree in the forest. Pinocchio had been killed. In addition, it was done by his own friends. The case is because of Pinocchio cannot turn out well as well.

Epistemology in Moral Review

Epistemology means knowledge, discourse, is a branch of philosophy, Epistemology is the study of knowledge and justified belief. So moral epistemology is the study of what would be involved in knowing, or being justified in believing, moral propositions. (Wedgwood, Ralp, 2012)

In real life, moral education is critical. Pinocchio is a symbol is creating a doll, and it was made without feeling of love and without careful planning. Instead of getting a moral education, Pinocchio figures are created immediately.

Pinocchio is a character in Literature, which is a symbol that roams the jungle to the world with falsehood. He has failed to communicate with his environment. He cheered them even though it was a lie. As a result, Pinocchio was not accepted by his environment.

Moral Message from the World Leader

Twitter of President America, Donald Trump posted a short video and illustrated to his followers in the world that lying, shifty Schiff is directed to his political opponents. In the video the Pinocchio’s nose is shown getting tapper and tapper. His political opponents lied to him.(realDonaldTrump, 2019).

Digging deeper into the story of Pinocchio, we learned to respect and served whoever have raised or succeeded us. In addition, then it will be more to tell the story based on the truth and say properly the facts based on our narrative.
