The Day before Pandemic Spreading in my Country and Here I Did when the Pandemic Hit Me

Some of us may survive during the pandemic, but others continue to suffer. They are dying. It is a nightmare because I do not think it will happen again and again. My opinion is just one of my expressions and I really believe

in that, we can still persevere in this situation.

 On February 27 and 28, the event titled ‘Second IP & Innovation Researchers of ASIA (IPIRA)’ Conference and Workshop for IP Teachers and Researchers was held on the campus. On February 29, 2020, the event continued at the same venue, namely the Faculty of Law UI in Depok, West Java, Indonesia. In my opinion, this event is monumental and of high value as most of the participants are researchers from the field of law who are working on the topic of ‘Intellectual Property. Yes, I am one of the participants. Some participants discussed key concepts such as royalties, and creators.

 The participants were from different countries: Bangladesh, India, Australia, Singapore, and others. Most of the Indonesian participants are lecturers, teachers, or researchers and come from campuses in Indonesia. At that time, Covid-19 was not the main topic in Indonesia as it is now. Therefore, the committee did not filter or scan the participants. The event ran smoothly and properly and continued to add value to science. When the program ended in early March, there was information on TV or in the mainstream media about the positive and negative suspects, the deaths accelerated and suddenly increased.

This, of course, has a disturbing effect on Indonesian citizens and on me in particular. I attended a conference where countries from all over the world and Indonesia itself were invited, especially me. In addition, the Amazon (AWS) event on March 11, which was held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, was confirmed by the committee by mail phone, and email to me. Then the committee called me and told me that the event was canceled by the organizer due to the increasing COVID- 19 cases. Of course, I sympathize with the situation.

 I Need an Umbrella;

 I also tried to reduce my anxiety by updating my knowledge by;

1. drinking red ginger juice mixed with turmeric, which I do routinely.

2. I wear a mask every time I go outside and do my activities.

 3. I have to wash my hands, whether, with liquid soap or antibacterial soap, I do not care.

 4. When I go to the mosque, I have a prayer mat with me that I only touch with my face.

 In recent news, COVID — 19, the infection rate has gone down. However, I suggested that if you use masks and wash your hands, you will stay healthy. The most important thing is to get your second vaccination. Please take it easy. Our lives must go on. In fact, we fight fear and anxiety with a good fight. I said a true belief, did not I?
